RENOX DEVELOPMENTS is a rapidly growing construction company based in Thessaloniki, with main activity the construction of new houses and apartment buildings, the acquisition and renovation of apartments for own exploitation and the reconstruction of old buildings.
The promotion of RENOX DEVELOPMENTS properties is addressed to investors aiming at their medium or long term exploitation, to private clients (families, students, etc.) as well as to foreign investors in order to obtain a golden visa.

The company was founded in 2019 by Mrs. Christina Kalousiou who comes from a family of entrepreneurs with a long history in business. Although a graduate of Law School A.P.I., her calling and love towards the object of real estate led her to actively engage in this particular space.

Although RENOX DEVELOPMENTS has a few years of presence in the field of real estate acquisition and development, it has already undertaken and completed several projects in the area of eastern Thessaloniki, in the center of Thessaloniki and in Halkidiki.

The company's goal is the continuous development in the field of investments that includes the acquisition and reconstruction of real estate, providing innovative and quality projects according to the latest market trends.

Due to the excellent prospects presented by the real estate industry, RENOX DEVELOPMENTS ' vision includes the construction of large investment projects with the aim of acquiring them from foreign investors, the conquest of a leading position in the field where it operates, while expanding its activity in foreign markets.
